Recorded at Real World Studios Blood of Eden was written by Peter, produced by Daniel Lanois and Peter and engineered by David Bottrill.
The frog image on the single cover was by Jim Atkinson and Jim Cahill/Ideas Creative Consultants.
The single first charted in the UK on 25 September 1993, peaked at 46 and stayed in the Top75 for 3 weeks.
The accompanying video for Kiss That Frog was directed by Brett Leonard. It won an MTV Video Music Award in 1994 for Best Visual Effects.
