I live in Los Angeles. I'm a caregiver for my disabled (wheelchair/legally blind) husband, a former rockclimber who has Multiple Sclerosis. Together we run a nonprofit called Kids On Paper that presents sequential art (i.e. comic book/graphic novel) workshops to schoolchildren. We are also writing a screenplay (about a caregiver and disabled person who switch places....art imitates life....).
I am grateful for great artists like Mr. Gabriel, who make this dreary world an infinitely far more interesting place.
