Oops, just want to clarify something from my previous post...I personally have never received any gifts from Cynthia...she does not know my address (err, at least I've never given it to her). She sent card readings to me via messages. I haven't really taken the time to read them thoroughly enough....wonder if she predicted this aggressive behavior towards me....hmmm, I will have to check into it. That's all I wanted to clarify for the record. Kind regards.

I went to the movies earlier today and saw, The Silver Lining Playbook -- it's an excellent movie, great story line and has wonderful actors in it. I'm particularly fond of it because it is based in Philly and Robert DeNiro plays a really crazy guy -- a Philadelphia Eagles fan -- who has all of the quirks of a true superstitious fan. All of the actors were great and their characters were so very true to the Philly folks -- very authentic. It was also nice to see some of the Philly scenes (and suburbs). The base line of the story is about a person living with bi-polar disease and it covered it in such a good way. The movie is up for an award -- hope it gets some. I'd recommend it to anyone if you have the chance to see it. Kind regards,

I've heard a lot of good things about that movie. I'll have to see it, probably on DVD though.

Jen -- The movie was excellent and as usual, the movie will most likely come out on DVD very soon -- they usually are out quickly these days. I hope that it gets an award. Caste -- Oops! Looks like you've been brought into this nasty mess too, now We had a very lovely Full Moon last night -- it was really beautiful and for once we had a clear night so I could see it. I hear ya on the brightness though -- it can make the night bright and if you're trying to sleep, it's difficult to do. Page -- I've sent you no nasty messages on facebook or here, so please do not try to play that game here. That behavior alone -- the writing things so that others are intrigued doesn't sit well with me at all and it's another manipulative behavior on your part. You know that I would not ever post private messages here on a public forum -- because that is about as low as you can get in my opinion -- so you think that by writing vague things here you'll make a statement. Well, the truth is that I had sent you a message earlier in the week, when you began your attack on me. What did it say, Cynthia? What did it say? -- Well, I can tell you what it said -- I told you to STOP this before it started. I told you that you were acting out and there was nothing at all wrong with this thread but you were looking to fight with someone. I told you to STOP sending me messages and sto STOP using my name in your threats and harassment. I've written the very same thing here on this public forum. So my message to you last week was that -- no secret at all. I explained to you in the message how I had already blocked many Cynthia Mountains but you had contacted me anyway -- it was okay as long as you didn't try to pull me into your warped world. Even when you sent me the card readings (which again, were unsolicited and not necessary, but I did acknowledge them), that was okay because it was harmless to me. However, your recent aggressive behavior here is unsettling, disturbing, worrisome to me -- you haven't acted out this directly to me before -- and it must STOP here and now. This is very serious to me, personally, Cynthia. So, STOP it now! This place (the moon) is not for this and although I know all too well that this is your typical mode, you do not have the right to harass anyone here or anywhere. This is not about your writing ugly mean words to someone and then someone writing a letter to ask the webmaster to "ban" you -- no, for me, this is a more serious matter and I have never been passive about anything that affects me or my family, so rest assured, you will not continue to harass me. Cast all your evil spells on me if that makes you happy, but absolutely do not go down this path with me Cynthia Mountain. Games of manipulation, stalking, bullying, harassing are not games for me. So, kindly STOP it now! Let it be, for all sakes. So, for now, I'm going to enjoy the day with a friend and hope to get some work done around the house before the beginning of the work week. Stay well all. This is my stop here. I'll catch up with you on another thread. Kind regards.

Wonder if you could say that in one paragraph Pat Let it Be The Beatles Lots of light and good vibes to you - even if you want to criticize

Since this thread is here to stay, and has gone wildly astray, here's a few words from someone who used to post here a lot http://www.theperfectblogtitle.blogspot.ca/search?updated-max=2012-11-21T12:17:00-05:00 The Perfect Blog Title (thanks to Rena Sherwood aka rraven aka Take a Wild Guess for these words) Sunday, November 18, 2012 I'm 43. What the Hell Happened? When Peter Gabriel turned 43, he was rehearsing for what would be his most acclaimed tour so far, the Secret World tour. He'd already earned more awards, fans and gold albums than a boatload of most other artists. He already had two lovely kids, at least three homes and one incredibly lovely studio (Real World Studios.) At the time he was single, but already had more sexual partners and offers from future sexual partners than the population of some island countries.

Let it Be, for sure and I don't need to quote The Beatles because it is my own philosophy. So, wow, something we agree on, except that your version of letting it be is just to change focus toward someone else. Hopefully, rraven is smart enough to not respond to your bait. i sure hope so. in the meantime, life is beautiful and its a gorgeous day here in PA...very cold still, but sunny and thats always a plus. had a lovely breakfast with a friend and now im about to do some household chores before taking harry out for a brisk walk. i might do the walk first, then the housework (see how i manage to talk myself out of it ). Anyway, have a great day lovely lunies and a wonderful productive week ahead. I'm hoping to get working on my taxes so i can figure out whether or not a trip to eurooe or the uk is in my future . Wow! Successs! I put it all in one paragraph...hopefully some of you will still be able to understand it. Have a great day!

Just a question How do you know the FB messages from Pat are nasty if you delete them without reading them? Actually I know that there are no such messages because I've dealt with you before Cyn. I realized a while ago that you are a deeply troubled person. This will be my last post on this thread so just a few things. I never asked you to send me anything in fact I told you that I never wanted to hear from you again a long time ago. I blocked your PM's on this site, I blocked emails from your address to mine and I blocked you on FB. I told you I wanted to send back the Real World notes you had sent me but you said you did not want them and to throw them away- you did not care. I actually did throw them away and I regret that because there is probably someone on this site who would have appreciated them but oh well. You did send me the SO program and I did thank you but again I never asked you to send me a thing. I am however stating publically that I do not want anything from you, I don't care if it's signed by PG himself - I don't want you contacting me. I've been through this with you multiple times - you behave yourself for a while, you say "let's be civil" then you start a thread like this one, you set yourself up for criticism and flame proof pants or no you go into full persecution complex if anyone disagrees with you in the slightest. I really wish you would re-read this thread, look at what YOUR responses were in the beginning. Do you see how you overreacted? I don't hate you Cynthia but I don't want to deal with your "stuff" anymore.

Nice positive vibes to you Jenn - hope all is well at home My thread so gonna change it up a bit - keeping it somewhat PG related http://www.furious.com/perfect/satanicmajesties.html Satanic Majesties Revisioned A positive take on a colorful Stones album By Tony Sclafani The Stones were having none of that for Satanic Majesties. Here, they morphed into a different band, much the way XTC did when they developed their psychedelic "alter ego," The Dukes of Stratosphere. There is no song on Satanic Majesties that could ever have easily fit on another Stones album. The rocking "Citadel" comes close, but its angular, stop-start rhythms and metaphorical, storybook lyrics (ostensibly about Andy Warhol's New York City scene) are far from typical Stones fare. Also, the R&B drive that fuels almost every other Stones LP is completely missing. Songs don't plow over you; they slowly seduce you with art rock arrangements. Brian Jones purportedly plays no guitar at all on this album. The mold-breaking qualities of Satanic Majesties spawned a cult audience, but not amongst most Stones fans. This album tends to turn up in the collections of psychedelic music or art rock fans. One high-profile enthusiast is Peter Gabriel. The former Genesis front man said in the Jan. 1983 issue of Trouser Press magazine that "For me, Satanic Majesties is far more interesting than (The Stones') other albums because they were trying to do something a little different. But they got so slagged

Hypocrisy is not simply failing to practice those virtues that one preaches. Samuel Johnson made this point when he wrote about the misuse of the charge of "hypocrisy" in Rambler No. 14: Nothing is more unjust, however common, than to charge with hypocrisy him that expresses zeal for those virtues which he neglects to practice; since he may be sincerely convinced of the advantages of conquering his passions, without having yet obtained the victory, as a man may be confident of the advantages of a voyage, or a journey, without having courage or industry to undertake it, and may honestly recommend to others, those attempts which he neglects himself.
