was, when I listened to PG1 up to PG4 , which I didn't know much before and I felt this selfironical passionated words surrounded by a very heartcatching, himself beeing and warm music. So I always like most , when he is heartfull and /or selfironic.

Delighted The updates where he allowed his true self to show and his wonderful sense of humor. Inspired & awed The first time I heard the album Passion. The first time I heard Signal To Noise.

I was very pleasantly surprised by UP: when I first listened to it I was expecting a softer, mellower sound and I got a very powerful album instead. Plus, there was almost no trace of *ethnic* music, which had already bored me out of my skull.

the first time i saw the clip and heard the song "Shaking the Tree" (. . .such a sound in the days of mainstream rock/pop of the late 8oies !) standing in the audience and watching the "Secret World"-tour live on stage - i had no idea about the concept.. . .especially the "Slow Marimbas"-part of "Across the River". . . stunning . . .aah PG playing "Ovo"-songs live like "The Tower" and "White Ashes" - hearing "White Ashes" with lyrics for the very 1st time. . . PG`s comeback in 1992. . .i had really thought he quit the "mainstream rock biz" and would stay "experimental". there are too many moments. . .

1When I first heard his voice"Can you tell me where my country lies..." 2On Carpet Crawlers where his voice goes so deep and soul shattering "There's only one direction..." still sends shivers down the spine!(also great for garment removal) 3 His passions and curiosities-living without apology 4.Whenever he sits behind a piano- my heart leaps out of my chest in antisipation. 5.When he smiles a big smile and his inscisors are showing-beautiful! I wish he smiled more. 6His sense of humour-I loved the photo with the shoes-size 8 I think. Damn I really miss him! Come back already! It's not like you're on vac anymore!

The extremely rare announcement of a PG concert in Vancouver B.C. averages about every 10 years. I'm getting to old to get delighted about anything anymore even every ten years - and he'll probably skip 2013

Your memories bring up some in me. especially sapling's "Can you tell me..,". Infact, there are more than one most delighting moments , so there is hope, that it will go on..
