It's a bootleg, so don't waste your money on it. . .
And the tracks aren't really that rare, they are mostly B-sides, outtakes and alternative versions put together in chronological order.

I've downloaded this bootleg(don't slap me!). It's a quite good collection. Of course don't buy it, you can easily find it as a torrent or something, just Google it.
