Did anybody know that: Robert Fripp and Daryl Hall seriously considered forming a full-time band together with Tony Levin and Jerry Marotta? Plans fell through, and the band Fripp envisioned eventually morphed into the 1980s version of King Crimson. Did anybody know that : Manu Katché was/is? a judge on the French idol show? (okay, the French probably knew) Why on earth does he do that??? If any of you has other random facts that might be interesting to some of us, don't hesitate to post them here!!!

Tony Levin Played bass in the Anderson, Bruford, wakeman and Howe band. There is a song of John Wetton called Quilmes, as is an indian name of a former tribe of my country, the name of the city where I was born, and a beer. we were curious of why he had named it like that , so hubby wrote to him. here is the answer: "I love the country of Argentina, and I really enjoy the city of Buenos Aires-its a very special place. The first time I visited was as a solo artist, and my band included the wonderful keyboard player Martin Orford. after a full band concert in Bs. As.,we played a show (just the two of us) at Mar de Plata, and when I announced Martin on stage, playing his (then untitled) new piece of music, I mentioned that it might be called 'Quilmes',after the excellent local beer we had enjoyed. The name stuck, I don't drink any more, but the piece is still called -with very fond memories-'Quilmes'. John Wetton, New Forest,England. "
