Danke, Thomas, ich habe es aber verschoben, da das Bodemuseum nicht inbegriffen ist und ich die Ausstellung Gesichter der Renaissance sehen wollte.

I saw Tony Levin , Adrian Belew & Pat Mastelotto at the Bearsville theater Woodstock NY, a week ago last Thursday night and it was intense.
Some drunk guy even bumped into me during Indiscipline and wanted to start a fight. He was wearing a Tom Tom club t-shirt, so I'm fairly certain I could have taken him. While Indiscipline is probably a great fighting song, Genius of Love perhaps is somewhat less so.
Other than seeing PG at the very special SPAC show this summer, I had wanted to see this one badly, as they are musical heros to me. Julie Slick, Tobias Ralph also joined in. It was wonderful to see Tony up close playing the stick.

I'm going to the theatre to see a concert film on Tuesday, 9/6 - it's a 3-D film and I'm hoping it's a good show - some dude who used to be in Genesis, but it's not Phil Collins! Anyway, I'm just going to "expect the unexpected" - will update you afterwards!

Sadly (and Im very annoyed about it) I missed WOMAD this year. This means I missed Bellowhead, which I was extremely annoyed about! However all is good because I'm seeing them in November! YAY! Cannot wait! :-]
And I dont know if this counts as a concert or theatre but im seeing Milton Jones, the stand up comedian in November too. He is hilarious! Look him up! So its all very exciting

Love Milton Jones Gavinoski - very groany puns but very funny too!
I wasn't particularly a fan of Bellowhead but live at WOMAD they were excellent. They are coming to my home town so I'm thinking of going. . .Enjoy then anyway :-]

Old times coming back, again and again. . . .
This evening will see again the French musicians from "Ange". .
(posted something here about them, but where ?

)
Only the singer Christian Decamps remaining from the first times,
now playing for their 40th Anniversary. . .but the sound is still here !
They played on stage in the early 70th as first group before Genesis. . .
Here a song (live 1977) they will surely play :

Hello Raelovo - yes Steve H for me too in November. I don't think Nick Beggs is on tour with the band this time - I will miss his dressing -up!

Looking forward to the new songs live though.

well, I went through 25 pages to try and find the "What made your day" topic. couldnt find it, but this will do as it has something to do with concert going.
I just booked tickets for Greg Lake solo tour..... without warning it came out via emails from the venue, no word from the performer or his staff ..... No worries, he's forgiven.

Kira Kat, can't wait for War Horse to come to Chicago.
OK, looking forward to the film being released soon too. I've actually ridden one of the horses being used in the the Calvary.

Of course the only photo I have of me riding him that day is the silly one.

If you love horses, skip War Horse (unless you know a horse in the film, that is.) I read the reviews of the original London stage production. Horses + World War I = lots and lots of dead, dying and screaming horses. (Shudder.)
