I'm confused! Is PG's new deal with the venture capitalists to promote/release i/o, or Big Blue Ball? Or both? I have read news articles that refer to the deal in terms of his 'next album', and one or two saying it's for BBB.

I believe BBB will be the first release on Ryko.
I don't think I/O is close enough to have any firm "plan" yet.
By the time it's ready there may be a way to download the music directly to Apple's planned iPod Brain Chip.
