Hi, I have just received my So 25th Anniversary Deluxe Edition box set. When I go to the link, indicated in the box set, for the 24 bit download of So I see a page indicating the page was not found. I have also tried to download the 24 bit version from the Bowers & Wilkins site but my code is not accepted. I can see from other posts that some people have successfully downloaded the 24 bit version. Where did you download it from and were you using the code that came with one of the box sets? Any help greatly appreciated. Cheers, Paul.

Same here. I can't seem to find anything on the B&W website either as the code doesn't work in the 'redeem coupon' field either.

Weird. I was just able to log in and download the stuff. The website is noted on the glossy paper on the back of the box (the one that has the description of the contents), and the code is on the flipside of that paper. Maybe the website was just down temporarily?

Despite my great disappointment with the contents and price of the So box set I went ahead and ordered it in order to get the 24-bit download. When I enter the code provided in the box I get a message saying "The voucher code does not exist". I can't get the video to download either. If anyone from Peter Gabriel plc is taking any notice of these forums could you please help?

There has indeed been some criticism surrounding the box set - the cost and omission of certain content, however I have grown to appreciate it. In terms of your download issues, the folks over at B&W should be able to help. Just give them the code from your box set and they will help you out with the download. The video downloads should also work, however can take some time, due to file size and dependent on your internet connection.
