I tried to download the 24bit version at B&W but all I get is "The voucher code entered has already been redeemed, please purchase a full subscription." This is not possible as I have only once tried it and all I got was that. Anyone else having this problem? Michael

Fortunately not, Michael. But I have found that one file is corrupted. What's most annoying is that B&W don't provide a contact address in case of problems.

It's on the back side of the sheet on the bottom of the box (the one with the picture of the box's contents). In small print, at the very bottom.

Use the contact us link on the B&W website. I messed up on my email and the voucher wouldn't work when I tried with my correct email. The good folks at B&W reissued me a voucher to my correct email and did it within 24 hours. Been listening to the 3 bonus tracks ever since. Cheers,

jpr, did you manage to download the vinyl exclusive tracks too?? I only had codes for the video mp4 and the So remaster flac. Is there a different code somewhere in the package that I missed?

just forget what i wrote above... I'm so stupid and bugged out with sleep that I didn't notice the songs ARE there in the SO remaster folder!!
