Nice. I was wondering if this would be akin to Achtung Baby's "Kindergarten" disc, but it sounds a bit different. Though, to be fair, The Beatles did pull a similar trick with some of the Anthology tracks. Still, very much looking forward to it.

DNA sounds brilliant, it's what I've wanted for ages, various work in progress things from PG. We know he records almost everything...I'd be like a kid in a sweetshop amongst those tapes! I hope he also does it for Melt, Security, US, Up in particular too at some point. Can't wait to get it

. . . and out of reach of most fans who have supported PG over the long, quiet decades. . . why couldn't they have just done a super-expensive box set for vinyl heads & collectors and something a bit more reasonable for the rest of us? £100 for a re-edited concert and some old demos is ridiculous. I was hoping to pay about £30 for the interesting bits of the deluxe box - they can keep the fancy box, the book and the vinyl. . . I almost don't want to know whether DNA is any good or not. . . I'm doing my best to lose interest.

Yes, Mr Beef, point made and understood. However, personally I've ordered it and I'm looking forward to it. No doubt it'll come out in a cheaper form or get shared round fans illegally for next to nothing anyway, that's all fine and you will find it somewhere cheaply if that's your thing, but you know, it is what it is. We don't get much, certainly not frequently! , from PG so I'm happy to go with it. It costs more, all in, to attend a show or have a meal and few drinks with friends, so I'm not sweating it ...

I've just had a listen to the SoDNA version of in your eyes, thanks for putting it out there for us to listen to. I wasn't sure if there was going to be any talking on this album but I guess now that the chat will all be on the dvd documentary, or blu-ray if you buy it on its own. I like the intro for this with the slow lyrics. I've not ordered this set as discussed in other threads but I am hopping this release will be available to get sooner or later in a cheaper format.
