Teeheehee. . .even I remember the pre-www days. Even though I wasn't too interested in music back then, as I was a silly child. You guys must have had a hard time getting a hold of all albums and rarities of your favourite artists back then, my my.

On the other hand. . .cool record stores could still make a living out of selling records back then. The world has changed sooo dramatically in such a short time. Sometimes I think, if I was older I would be swimming up to my throat in nostalgia.

What the hell, why do I only notice, that everything we write here is in a sans serif font, but it's not rounded, as the PG font on top of the page. On my new laptop, the fond suddenly looks weird. :-]

. . . it was more interesting and required dedication. . . whole days tracking down one CD in London. . . but the joy of discovery! Beats a couple of mouse clicks anytime. Other kids used to pick fights with me just because I liked GN. . . the pleasure is amplified by the pain.

Must have been a great time. Though the fights with the other kids, probably not so much. Funny that other kids would start a fight with you over your taste in music though. I think the world has taken a great big step forwards, as people are not really being discriminated for their taste in music anymore. Except when they like Justin Bieber, maybe. LOL

You should write the coconuts song, then PG could record it. IN related news, i want to derail the topic for one more minute: I only have the 1:20 version of Lime. does anyone have the longer version? I like that song. He needs more light songs.

No, I cannot write songs, Aaron. They just come to me in my dreams sometimes. But I really don't have any musical knowledge. The only thing I could do is write lyrics. There is no longer version of Taste Of Lime, unfortunately. It was only a snippet on either XPLORA or EVE. I don't know for sure right now, others might. But unfortunately there really is no long version of this cool song. I really love that one.

Yes, there is, it was (WAS) on youtube and I believe lunapendium has a longer one but only has the shorter posted. But oh well. You could probably write a decent basic melody and have someone else help with instumentation and chords and all that important stuff. :-]

Ah, thank you. I didn't even know there was a longer version. But now that I'm seeing this video for the first time: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=R4cHiDfduss&feature=related The song's in there, but unfortunately there's some talking inbetween.

I don't get why they didn't put THIS song on Big Blue Ball. I still think it's very cool. . .like it better than some songs on the actual album. But who asks me?! :-]
