I asked this question once before. I think "Bob - the Master - Ezrin" should participate once again in this orchestra-project - this time for the "New Blood"-album.

. . .correction for thread title:
. . .back to the studio:
>>>>>>only : "NEW BLOOD"
. . .get the man (Bob Ezrin) back in the studio.
If this is the "Scratch My Back"-discussion-topic it should be mentioned and/or discussed.

So he should, SMB has that magic sound mainly due to Ezrin's immaculate production.

Bob Ezrin seems to be a musical brain and he is surely an intelligent man. He has got my full sympathies (100%).
Peter mentioned something like "Ezrin is very good in orchestral arrangements" or sth. similar, that was the main reason to let him do the production work.
What I find interesting about Ezrin is - the man has been producing albums by artists from all musical directions in the last decades: from Alice Cooper to Kiss, "the Wall", even Geoffrey Oryema ("The River"/Real World) and a lot more.
Always a pleasure to list -
Peter Gabriel and Bob Ezrin:
1. "Peter Gabriel 1/ Car" (1977)
2. "That`ll Do" (1998, Babe Pig in the City-soundtrack)
3. "My Head Sounds Like That" (2002, brass arrangement)
4. "Scratch My Back" (2010)
5. . . .HOPEFULLY "New Blood" (2011, I really hope so !)
