. . "worst song" "White Shadow"???????? Ok,it's your opinion,i respect. Instead i say that if any unknown band or single artist anywhere in this world invent and compose a song like "White Shadow" today he (or they) would immediately become important and famous. . . . . .if we think only of the complexity and originality of sounds of this song so incredibly current!. . . (there is something "Arab" in the song, something that,at time,it was unknown!!) and it was written in 1978!!!!!! Only a Genius (like Peter IS) is able to to this! Caste,i asbolutely agree with you fantastic "slogan"! Count me in!

Rraven - surely Kiss That Frog or Kiss of Life beat anything else for worstness?

For me the worst PG song is "out out" from Greemlins but i agree that "Kiss Of Life" and "Kiss That Frog" are not among his best tracks!

I said "one of his worst songs" not "worst song." That honor would go to The Drop.

Keep in mind that a bad PG song is STILL better than a great song by - well, than just about anyone.

. . not sure about that Rraven - I think I've listened to Kiss of Life more than a couple of times in over twenty years. . . and I never want to hear it again. Or maybe I could have it played at my funeral

agree with you Sammy, for me , I can't listen to "kiss of life" I don't like it at all but "white shadow" is a very good song , about death I think (not sure)

Dolce and Caste. . .and anyone else attending the show in Verona. . .I surely hope "White Shadow" is included in the setlist! And. . .I must admit. . .I love "Kiss of Life"! :-] Especially the live version. . .

RR, I didn't expect that from you - and I thought I would never have to tell you this: you are wrong.

"The Drop"?? nooooooo. . . . it's a fantastic song! "Kiss that frog"?? noooo. . . . it's great song! "Kiss of life"?? noooooo. . . i like this song,i agree with MAK,live version is great! OK,ok,ok,ok. . . . . de gustibus! :-] I must admit that words like "bad - worst - ugly" in my personal "Gabrielian-vocabulary" do not exist and never existed. . . . . :-] If i have to think some songs that i like less. . . . . . . . ehmmmm. . . .ok . . it's difficult i have to think. . . . :-] Ceridwen,i am not sure too,but i don't think meaning of "White Shadow" is about death,i think this song, with "A wonderful day in A One-Way World", it's a bitter and gloomy reflection with sarcasm of daily living. . . . . maybe white shadow is light of moon?. . . . hope someone expert will answer to us MAK!! Thank you very much! "In 'Peter' we trust". . . :-]

"RR, I didn't expect that from you - and I thought I would never have to tell you this: you are wrong." Please. You've been dying to tell me that ever since I first posted on this forum! (Wink.)
