I have been a peter gabriel fan since 1982 when I heard "Not one of us" for the 1st time. I thought I was dying when his voice spoke to me. Since then I have endured the long time between albums with anticipation. I was acclamated to PG1,2,3 simultaneously. Security took some time to grow on me , SO and Us got me right away. When I got into Up, I couldn't listen to anything else. Upon hearing of the covers with orchestra album I was a little dissapointed. After hearing it the 1st time, I can't get Flume of my mind. As badly as I wanted a "real' gabriel album with David,Tony,etc., this will do. Son Of A Bitch.

No offense intended. Just thought I was prepared to dislike the album but to my amazement it is quite good. His voice is awesome even through some of the weaker tracks.
