Can I ask where you found this information? I have looked at various charts and can find no mention of Scratch My Back being at No.4. The official UK chart doesn't come out until Sunday and itunes uk store has Peter at No.25.

Just put in Scratch My Back Album sales for this week.
In Canada in HMV it is at number 2 right now,for sales.
