Peter's performance in San Jose was sublime. Well worth the drive down from Berkeley in rush hour traffic. However, I wasn't sure how to claim the exclusive merchandise item and collectible laminate that came with the "Hot Ticket" package. I was on such a high after the show that I left without inquiring about it. I still want the items I paid for; how can I claim them?
Can anyone advise who I should contact to get the ball rolling? I will send an e-mail to info@petergabriel.com shortly. Any other contacts I should try?

In Montreal we got the exclusive merch right when we got in through the VIP access. I would be surprised if they did it differently at the other venues.
You should have received at the beginning.
