This may have been posted within other threads already. However, I have purposely been avoiding any reviews because I prefer to be surprised. However, food and refreshments is a different story. For those who attended shows already what are we looking at? Thanks in advance!

I was at 2 of the sound checks for this tour. Philadelphia had a very nice room for dinner, with appetizer station, and an entree station, and we had a drink ticket to use for wine or beer. The room had screens all over playing Peter Gabriel videos, very cool! Entrees were chicken over sautéed arugula, a pasta and mushroom dish, and salad, and maybe one more thing, can't remember the other dish. The Jones Beach location had a tent area, and had grilled hamburgers or chicken with rolls and condiments, potato salad, macaroni salad and green salad, and again a ticket to use for wine or beer. Both had desserts as well. Cookies and brownies at Jones Beach, and tarts, eclairs, cannoli's, etc. in Philly. I think it's an individual thing depending on the venue and the type of food options they have. I'm not sure if that's the info. you wanted...Have fun!

my wife and i spoke with sandra ,the event coordinator at the philly show. my wife works in event planning too. sandra was coming around to see if everyone was doing ok. so my wife spoke with here for a little bit. sandra said that they did "step it up" a bit for the philly show as compared to the other shows.

1 Day Away - Detroit

Thank you for the info. If they only had finger food we would have a larger meal beforehand. Sounds like we can do a regular lunch and be okay with the hospitality for dinner. Now the only question is where to store all of our stuff between sound check and the show. At Red Rocks could be a 40 degree temp change!

Carry your stuff with you. For the NY show since it was an outside event, I had on a long sleeve shirt to start with, and had 3 other layers to add on as the evening progressed. I ended up using 3 of my 4 layers. It was sunny and low 70's when we went in, and dropped 20 degrees, with an ocean breeze while we were there. The only thing you do between sound check and the show is have dinner, and possibly buy merchandise. I know...more stuff to carry, but oh well....the show will be worth it! Just dance a lot to stay warm!

Red Rocks forecast... High of 67 low of 39... 20% chance of rain. The FULL MOON will rise about 2 hours before the show starts... hope we can all see it!!
