I thought the sound check tickets were non-transferable?

I purchased VIP Soundcheck tickets on E-bay for the Hollywood Bowl show and Ticketmaster issued me the tickets in my name. You need the last 4 numbers of the credit card used to purchase the tickets originally and the address. Ticketmaster was great and I received the tickets within one week. A little tight for you but I would imagine that they can leave them with Will Call. Good luck.

not sure about other venues, but for the philly sound check, the original purchaser of the package had to pick up the tickets right before the sound check and was required to show their ID. at that time the buyer was given the tickets (Real printed ones) and was escorted to the sound check waiting area inside the arena. they had a desk set up and had a full list of every sale (Hot sound and Front row packages) and the buyer was checked off the list as they picked up the tickets. so there was really no way for someone to sell those tickets ahead of time. i would be pretty concerned about the legitimacy of anyone selling these VIP tickets and or packages prior to the actual show.

I will have to pick up the tickets personally and hand them to the buyer(s).

And they would still have to show ID and their names would have to be on the list, I really don't see a way around it. Did you buy ticket insurance?

Definitely call Ticketmaster. They were very helpful and it was no problem at all. They only needed the name of the person who purchased the tickets, the last four numbers of the credit card and the address of the original purchaser. I gave them all of this information (The original purchaser sent me this info via FEDEX overnight)vand they put the tickets in my name and mailed them to me.

I'm fairly certain the OP is a ticket reseller as it seems sketchy for a PG fan to dish out the dough for 6 VIP tickets and then look to unload them so close to the show date. You play with fire and sometimes you get burned.
