Hi, I ordered the hot ticket package and when I placed my ticketmaster order I thought I remembered it saying my exclusive merchandise item would be mailed to me?
Has anyone received theirs yet? Or is it given away at the show? I am going to the show in boston on monday and any information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I rec'd an email a few days ago (before last night's Phili's show 9/21) and it said it was coming in the mail.

Maybe you guys have different arrangements for your merchandise but I doubt it. We got ours at the venue just as we registered. There are two items given away. Great souvenirs not available otherwise.
You get the best of both worlds;
a) Access to exclusive merchandise items
- 2 items given as mentioned above
b) Exclusive access to merchandise items
- that is, you're able to buy tour merchandise before the crowds come in.

A blanket (not 'polar' more like 'knit') and a laminated backstage pass lookalike - one side white background abd the other side with a silmer metal background
