I tried for the VIP seats, only to be told there was an error with the processing! So I had to start over again. The tickets went from 4th row, to 5th row then to 8th row. I finally gave up and got the regular seats in the 14th row. Certainly not what I wanted.
Anyone else have trouble with this? Very frustrated!

yeah.. I had trouble with the vip site this morning too - called my sister at her house and she was able to log in for me from there..she had a few issues too but was able to get it done...so stressful.

I also had trouble getting tix for Philly, I was told there was an error and had to quit the transaction and start completely from the beginning. I got the exact same tickets I had the 1st time I tried, so it worked out OK, 3rd row center
