Peter is live on Jools Holland this week according to the guide on my set top box.
Its on twice Tuesday short version and friday longer version but sometimes different tracks are shown over the nights so i'd tape both to be sure.
I wonder why this isn't on the front page news section as there are no tv adverts for this show so it would be easy to miss.
When i heard about the radio show i few week ago i wondered whether to apply for tickets for a Jools show but you can only pick one and with no info anywhere i left it.
I do wish someone from Realworld would give the fans a bit more a heads up for things like this.
Anyway at least we can watch some new stuff this week.

The last 2 minutes of Red Rain were the most powerful I've seen him perform in many many years. Really gutsy, angry, committed, moving. Thanks Peter, have been a emotionally traumatised in the last week and this was deeply cathartic.

I liked that bit too and i liked the silent boom boom boom in Solsbury Hill,
I wonder if there will be extra tracks on friday, i'm hoping for Wallflower and Digging in the Dirt.

These are really excellent performances,Im really glad he did them. Several of my friends who are not really into PG caught him on Later and have been turned onto New Blood, so that's a sales positive!
I have watched the performances several times now. PG seems really into it, singing as well as ever. I just wish he'd chosen another song other than Solsbury Hill, but I guess that's part of the travelling salesman job which the inclusion of SH supports. I love the song, but this New Blood version doesn't really do it for me. It works ok on the DVD due to the celebratory feel, but as a pure listening experience? Well, it's ok

Such an amazing performance. I really loved it. I'm waiting for the concert here in Chile.
