I am guessing this is a scam, but there seem to be some pit tickets out there for Milwaukee that state they include VIP sound check. Does anyone know anything about them? Just wondering.
Thanks so much.

Not sure, but since it says to bring a photo ID and the credit card used to purchase the ticket with you to the concert, might be tough to use. Could be wrong, but I'd talk to the original source of the ticket, Ticket Master, Live Nation, and such as to whether or not you'd be able to use the ticket, before buying such a ticket. It's one thing if your last name is at the least the same as the purchasers, then if it is different.

I'd be leery of that Velvetyears. As I purchased a Pit ticket today on Ticketmaster (only $75!!), you might want to check that site for more. Do you have tickets already?

Velvetyears - I would steer clear of those tickets for all its worth!!! There have been VIP tickets on sale for every venue - the scalpers who purchased them didn't bargain for the very strict details regarding the ticket, photo id, etc. - here is one way in which I think PG and the Realworld team really got it right! Thank you for that!
As Darcy has mentioned - just go directly to the source to get your tix.
Have fun no matter where you sit!

Thanks everyone for the helpful information. I am definitely going to skip the VIP tickets.
Congratulations on the ticket Soul Reader, those are great seats!! I have been checking Ticketmaster throughout the past few days and just haven't come up with anything great. The only tickets that have come up are rows M and back, not that those aren't really good seats, I am just holding out for a really good seat. Plan to hunt for one this morning.
And I agree Pat, no matter where I sit it will be great

Am so glad that I am lucky enough to get to go again!

I have found (and this is a gamble to say the least) that the day of the show they tend to release prime seat tickets. I've used this tactic to purchase tickets for several concerts and I've not been disappointed yet. I did not do this with the Kansas City show because I didn't want to miss the opportunity to see him by waiting until the last minute.

Rita,
You are most definitely correct - it's always a wee gamble, but 99.9% of the time, you will find that tickets on the day of the show are the best seats in the house - by that day, all of the tickets that were meant for the promoters, band members, crew, etc., are back in the pile if not used - they are the best seats in the house, for sure!
Good luck with it all Velvetyears - do as Darcy said, just buy the pit ticket and you'll be sure to have a great time!

Hmmm, maybe it will be worth the wait. Will have to wait till my am coffee really wakes me up to make that decision.
Would definitely, without a doubt buy a pit ticket as pit is what I had been hoping for. Ticket master just does not have anymore.
Thanks again for the help. For now the search continues.
