I filled a "bucket list" item and was able to see PG live. I thought the concert was amazing, the New Bloods were in great form (the orchestra is just mixed in an amazing manner), "Father Son" was a great time as in my section there seemed to be alot of Father's in attendance and more than a couple of hugs were shared. I have amazingly close tickets, which was great to see things close up (I was about 8 rows back center) but I missed the whole of the multimedia experience because the left and right screens were out of periphery. BUT, Im ok with that. I will have more later I'm sure (as I'm off) but all in all I was a proud Lunatic. I'm happy the rain held off, and there was a great breeze. and I got to enjoy a great show. Thanks to PG and the New Bloods for making this an amazingly special night. My highlight of course. "Digging in the Dirt" BTW, Starlight's folks, to me at least, were amazing. Concessions weren't off the hook, the drinks aren't watered down, the foot long HD was a real awesome and huge hot dog. and everyone I dealt with was nice. Thanks to them for helping make it awesome as well.

http://www.kansascity.com/2011/06/19/2960652/review-peter-gabriel-at-starlight.html Timothy Finn's article is amazing. From the KC Star Website. It was an experience! (the comment from Wilson is hilarious though. oh my. PG is into politics? My word )
