Does anyone know when or how the VIP package materials/schedule go out to those of us that purchased tickets for the Santa Barbara show?

On ticketmaster it says you'll get an e-mail with info. about the sound check about a week before the show.

Yea, we did'nt even get our tickets last May at the Hollywoodbowl until we went to the show with ID in hand, luckly, it was worth the wait. But you do get anxious not getting any info

Rael, same at Radio City. Have my tickets for the United Center, but info about the VIP part doesn't come until a week or so before. Will be here soon enough I suppose.
