To be honest, I think I've had a guardian angel holding off the ticket sales for Chicago, since I'm desperately trying to scrape some money together still, but nevertheless - it's been almost a week! I'm thankful, personally, but man, this is starting to get crazy with the pending dates.

I've seen the date on the United Center's calender, so I'm pretty sure the show is going to happen. It's just these pre-sale tickets that are making me crazy! I wonder what the holdup is.

Oh God, you're freaking me out by saying that! I'm holding off for Chicago as well. It really seems to me that there won't be VIP packages for that show, though.

Don't Panic! I'm pretty sure there will be VIP packages for United Center show. Not sure why those tickets aren't being sold at the same time as the rest. Perhaps not to overload the system? I am sure we'll be fine, or at the least I won't get upset about something until it actually happens. Just hope I don't regret not getting soundcheck for the Milwaukee show also, but I can only get so crazy with my money, even for Peter.

No worries, Kiera - I'm just kidding around. I'm sure he's coming and all, I was just making a joke about the delay. VIP Packages or not, he'll obviously be coming - my concern, though, is it's already April 4th. the Citi-Cardholder presale for the United Center starts on Wednesday! If the fan presale doesn't happen soon, the cardholders will get the first tickets and the "Fan Presale" will be too late.

Well, sadly I am a card holder. Keep meaning to switch to my credit unions credit card, but perhaps my procrastination was a good thing this time? Though by the time I get off work, well, who knows? Here's hoping we can get good tickets for that show. Of course all this has me thinking I should have gotten the soundcheck at the Marcus Center, but likely too late now. :-/

Hmmm. I was under the assumption that the Citi presale would be the only presale. And to be honest, I hope it is, because I'm planning to cut class to get my ticket. =/

^I wouldn't mind that under normal circumstances. but I don't have a Citi card. The website we're currently on has been selling their own special presale for all of these shows before the cardholder ones so that real fans weren't screwed over for not having the "right" credit card. It's been. PG Presale -> Citi Presale -> General Sale .for every other date so far except for the Texas shows. I'm gonna be reaaaally ticked off if I can't get a good seat because I don't have a Citi card.

I see that too for Chicago with the pre-sale on the 6th for Citi card holders. Our pre-sale should be today or tomorrow if we get one and that stinks if you don't have a Citi card.

Am hoping our pre-sale is not the same as Citi card holders, but it is looking that way. Struggling to decide about VIP tickets or not. Have loved Mr. Gabriel's music for a long long time but like eating to Then there is the hold out for VIP or get the best you can and hope you can exchange or sell the first ones question. It is all a bit confusing and anxiety provoking. On the upside, I am going to get to see Peter Gabriel!

Heads up, Chicagoans, just did some digging on the TicketMaster website. ============ Citi® Cardmember Presale For the Citi® Cardmember Ticket Offers Only: Tickets can only be purchased with a Citi credit card. Citi and Citi with Arc Design are registered service marks of Citigroup Inc. Password Information for the Citi® Cardmember Preferred Ticket Offer: Enter the first 6-digits of your credit card account number (no dashes) located on the front of your Citi card. More Information CITI Cardholder Presale Start: Wed, 04/06/11 10:00 AM CDT End: Fri, 04/08/11 05:00 PM CDT Peter Gabriel Presale Start: Wed, 04/06/11 10:00 AM CDT End: Fri, 04/08/11 05:00 PM CDT VIP Packages Start: Wed, 04/06/11 10:00 AM CDT End: Sun, 04/10/11 05:00 PM CDT ======================= So, looks like our presale is at the same TIME as the Citi cardholder presale, which isn't totally great, but at least we're not AFTER the cardholders as I feared. I'll wait for official confirmation from PG, but I'd be ready to go at 10am tomorrow! Hope I have the money.

Update on my own situation: If I can't get it tomorrow, I'll be getting $300 that should help me grab the tail end of the presale on Friday, hopefully.

Surprise: Actually, going to Milwaukee. Grabbed a GREAT single ticket 30 rows back for $70, couldn't turn that down when the equivalent will be nearly $200 at the United Center. I'M. SO. EXCITED. Have fun at the Chicago show, all! Hope my above information helps you out. -TKWAP

Yo, thanks for the information! Congrats on the ticket and enjoy the show

Why does the PG presale only offer ticket prices from $95 and up? If we can't afford that, do we have to wait until it's open to the public?

Tickets for the Chicago show have been on sale since Monday through premium ticket services. Wednesday Morning the VIP packages went on sale and now seem to be sold out? The only pre-sale tickets seem to be the Citi card Member and the Peter Gabriel (I have no idea where to find the pass code for the "Peter Gabriel" pre-sale tickets, they might be for a select group of personal friends?). I opted to buy my tickets from a ticket service at a premium price. Ticket sales to the general public go on sale this coming Monday at 10:00 am

TKWAP, have a couple of $70 tickets for the Marcus Center too. Which I can only do, because as fortune would have it, I'm on vacation/holiday that week. Would have done the sound check there, but my friend that is going with me to the United Center couldn't make that show. Then again with Summerfest will probably be too distracted to make it to the soundcheck on time. So spending a small fortune (and that's without getting front row, they were all gone by the time I got off work) for great seats (4th row, fairly center) et all for the United Center Show. Am going to enjoy being a bit further back for the Marcus Center to get a different perspective and see some of the things you miss when up close. Wondering about my sanity anyway, but heck I'm a Lunatic right? OK, I do figure I'll likely do it somewhat again for his next tour if my finances will allow. OK, I am hoping he'll have another tour once he releases his next originals album.
