Having been a fan of Peter since the only means of hearing was the imports of early Genesis LPs, I was excited to hear of the upcoming tour. Last Tour had limited engagements and I was unable to use my tickets for Hollywood Bowl performance due to complications in travel from San Francisco Bay. I waited in anticipation for TICKETMASTER pre-sale and the website failed to complete the order 10 times in over 90 minutes after finding quality tickets based on my criteria and fan club pre-sale passwords. I have used Ticketmaster numerous times and after 90 minutes of website failure, I have NO tickets. Disgust is an understatement. I am livid! Customer service was UNABLE to do anything as it is a pre-sale. Pathetic is all I can say.

I had the same problem and when I called Tickemaster they said they had numerous other complaints about the same issue. I am so disappointed - tried for two hours.

I have had the same problem I having been trying to get tickets with the presale code since Wednesday at 10 am still not luck. Now I can't even get on the Ticketmaster site I keep getting errors or forbidden comes up. I just don't understand I have done presales in the past and have had no problem. Then I read other posts and people are getting their tickets it just makes me want to cry.

same thing happened to me, ticketmaster blocked your ip address because you logged in too many times. i was at home, had a pair 8th row, transaction failed. then kept trying, eventually got locked out of ticketmaster on more than one computer. took the computer to work, and allowed back on to ticketmaster, although the tickets are gone
