the tour diary lets room for some hopeful speculations. Dickie wrote that there will be possible smb dates in November and at the and he wrote of a tour in September? Does that mean, that in September the I/O Tour starts? Peter said in an interview that I/O is nearly completed and he also said there will be maybe no time for other smb dates due to other plans. And there was a meeting of Peter and Lepage in Montreal, details for the next show?
would´nt that be fantastic?

When and where did he say that? I think it's higly unlikely that I/O will be released and toured this year. But then you never know. Please post a sourece of your statements! Thanks.

Sorry, I haven´t found the source of the interview, but it´s also mentionend on a german genesis fan site that Peter talks about releasing I/O after smb and than there will be a seccond part smb with complete different musical style. But Peter changes his plans so often .
Even Phil Collins is still waiting that Peter has time in his plans for a genesis reunion, so let´s see what happens. As long as we will have a new record and tour soon we will be more than happy

Was it this tour diary entry from Richard Chappell that you were thinking of?
"Roll on the holiday as I really need to take a break. Next year is going to be busy with promoting this new record as well as getting on in the studio with the; almost finished' PG own songs record."
