just came from Radio City - overall a MAGICAL show - i'll not ruin it w spoilers for Monday night attendees (of which i'll be one) The orchestra is STUNNING and the arrangements of all songs are just superb - the only downfall - and it's a a rather major one, is that pg's voice was too low in the mix - not being precious or unrealistic here - the overall mix was brilliant and the orchestra sounded full, the b.vox w Melanie and Ane were floating perfectly above the orchestra - but unless it was a 'quiet section' we were straining to hear peter's voice - our party of 4 was scattered throughout the radio city orchestra section, and we all agree that peter's voice was too low - at first it seemed that he was sort of 'off mic' a bit, but throughout the show he switched mics and alternated w the stand and handheld so it comes down to the mixing board - an extra few db would've made this a 100% A+++ 'transcendent' show - unfortunately it was merely 'amazing' Can't WAIT for Monday night!!! Hope it's not the 'karaoke' mix

Night 2 was the same - such an AMAZING show but the vox too low - in the last verse of Don't Give Up pg's vocal was finally raised in the mix. I do have to reiterate - these shows are still the 'jewels in the crown' of my pg live experiences (including Womad @ Saratoga w Sinead) Do NOT miss this tour!!!!!
