Hi folks, I'm new to this site so if I say the wrong thing in the wrong place please forgive me!!
I've been delving around in my treasured possessions and come to look again at the tee shirt I bought at this concert. And its brought back lots of memories - the Thompson Twins being booed off the stage, the Undertones declaring that its was their last ever performance and, of course, a stunning show from Peter.
Also of finding that my old mini had been broken into and my only pair of 6th suitable trousers and a can of coke (!) had been stolen. bizarre.
Looking at the teeshirt now though - its in good condition but wayyyy too small for me I wanted some advice on where Gabriel fans might go to buy treasures? To be honest, its no use in a drawer for me and it seems such a shame for it not be with someone who will give it a better home.
Any suggestions - ebay perhaps?
Many thanks, Phil

I was at the same concert.don't forget that Phil Collins came on also and had his drum kit setup. When the stage was revealed there were 2 drum kits and the area of crowd where I was got a mur-mur going that the other kit was Phil's.sure enough it was. I can't remember the set and what Phil sang/drummed on though.

I remember he played Family Snapshot! I remember queuing up for 10 hours and being on the front row right in front of Peter and my breastbone getting bruised from being pushed up against the wooden barrier at the front. And Feargal Sharkey giving two fingers to a "Peter Gabriel is God' banner just behind me.
I also remember spending the night at Victoria station.
Happy days.
