WOMAD shop should have sent you an email stating the tickets were put in the mail April 8 or 9. This volcano in Iceland has probably screwed up the mail.

Rraven, Nope, never received any e-mail. They are sending the actual tickets through the mail? I thought they might just have us pick them up at Radio City. Does anybody have the phone number for Topspin Media? =

I don't believe they are sending the tickets through the mail, rather they will have your name on a list to give you your tickets, lament and t-shirt and show you to your seat, they said to arrive by two. You should continue to email them regarding requesting the iternary but I would bring a copy of your credit card receipt or whatever you have as proof of payment and a picture id. I am sure they will have it all worked out, while they seem very disorganized and not very attentive it does'nt seem like they screwed any out of the bundle packages.

Snorg.I also did not get an e-mail, so I sent one to Topspin Media, and they sent me a new e-mail with the info. I'm also going to be at the sound check on 5/2. They told me by e-mail, to be at Radio City at 2pm, to check in with photo ID, we will then get our t-shirt, and laminate, and our tickets will be there as well. We'll enter RCMH at 3pm, and the sound check will be over between 4:30-5pm. It said be on time, if you are not there at 3pm, you may not be allowed in. So even once you check in, if you aren't standing there at 3pm.you may not be allowed in. No ticket is being mailed. They'll have them there at the sound check for us. I found the contact info on the e-mail I received immediately after ordering the bundle, with the digital download.and found the topspin media help option.that's how I was able to communicate with them. I sent them a help e-mail last week, and they replied the same day. See you on 5/2. Laura
