Lets face it PG has always been a bit unorthodox in his approach. I was at half a dozen gigs 'back in the day' and sometimes he left you buzzing and sometimes left you wanting. so I went again next tour. and so on. I was there at the O2 last night and I must admit I was left wondering what was going on in the 1st half. But it's as if PG thrives on dramatic phrases and atmospheres so the orchester blended with him very well. I was actually glad when he took off his coat because it didn't look like he was staying at first!! The sound and the visuals were brilliant. The second half lifted to another gear and I pity the poor ticket payers who left and missed what can only be described as the best encore ever.
Well done PG & Crew. 27/03/10 was the Bollox!
