I've often given feedback to Ticketmaster & the O2 that they are fond of giving "doors open" times rather than the time the concert actually starts. Really annoying if you leave work early to go to a concert & spend an hour or so waiting for the event to start. Maybe it's just a way of trying to get you to spend more money at the venue. Whatever happened, it was well worth the wait.
