You have to laugh. Both the O2 website and Ticketmaster's emails were different, and both quite wrong. Where did they get their information? Surely it's better to have no information than misleading information. For anyone going tonight, you might like to know more or less how it actually ran last night:

I've often given feedback to Ticketmaster & the O2 that they are fond of giving "doors open" times rather than the time the concert actually starts. Really annoying if you leave work early to go to a concert & spend an hour or so waiting for the event to start.
Maybe it's just a way of trying to get you to spend more money at the venue.
Whatever happened, it was well worth the wait.
