hi all, i got an email telling me i have to be at the 02 in london on the 28th march to meet a representitive at 4.00pm to coleect my t - shirt and laminate, the problem is, i wont arrive into london till 6pm surely the t shirt and laminate should be available to collect anytime before or after the concert?? anyone in the same boat?

That means you'll miss the sound check. Too bad. Isn't there any way that you can get to London sooner? You'll have to check with the representative about how to collect the t-shirt at a later time.send an e-mail back to whoever sent the e-mail to you about what time to meet.

Hello.I received the same original email, but received another this morning: We have made a change to the arrangements for collecting your T shirts and souvenir laminates at the London O2 on Sunday 28th March 2010. These may be collected from a stand situated next to the main merchandise, which can be found on the left hand side as you enter the O2 by the main entrance. Doors open at 6.30pm. Please make sure you have collected your T shirts and laminates before the show commences. Looks as though you'll make it in time to pick up the t-shirt.

I have also received the same email so hopefully the problem is now solved
