I just got an email from WOMAD shop saying my Berlin package went in the post today. Don't know if that hews helps to cheer anyone up. Certainly helps my nerves a bit.
Now, hopefully, the snow will be gone from Philly Airport by March.

Tickets and cd arrived in post today, 2 days before cd release date.BUT I purchased two tickets and only got one cd . which means either myself or the mate I purchased the other ticket for losses out - even though we both paid full amount!!!!

Sounds like a mistake. I'd contact the shop if I were you. They may take a day or so to get back to you being so busy but they will answer.
