Hi there, *g* . just figured this one out and must come over from Germany :-]. I'll find my way over there, but not sure how, if at all, its possible to get out of festival grounds after the PG gig without having a car. Swindon looks like a decent place for a hotel, but is it possible to get there at night? Are there taxis (how much?) . shuttles etc etc.? Any hints would be very much appreciated.

Hi Apache Could be a problem, Swindon is quite a way from the festival site - at night. Why not stay for the general festival late night vibe, (it's a good one). Are you just going for the saturday then? and not for the whole weekend? If just for the saturday, then may be able to give you one nights "tent space" (on your own!). Visited K town in 07, or was it 06? got lots of help from the german fan club with travel arrangements etc, so happy to help if I can. IM me with details/response if interested. Kind regards Marc

I'll go just for the Saturday I'm afraid . thx for the Info and invitation. (I'd insist on being on my own anyway :-] ) KTown was . er. July 24th 2004 . been there too . (twice *g. Well . I'll see. it's 16 Miles from Swindon I guess . but late night vibe surely sounds quite tempting. (just have to get those mud pictures out of my brain and rejunevate about 20 Years. )

2004, what on earth happened to 2005? .twice? was that one week apart, PG unable to perform the first week due to throat infection, and then rescheduled to the following weekend. I was there with my son, Will on both of those. Regards Marc

.was at the cancellation party too! Enjoyed it imensley, did the bit with the "invisible segway" and then later, the "mirrored" bear mat for San Jacinto. A great time indeed! Marc
