I managed to see Peter's first tour at Maple Leaf Garden's in Toronto. he had a cordless mic and reappeared all over the stadium during songs. A first and quite incredible.

FOR ME, FIRST CONCERT.at 16 years old
It was in 1976 in Strasbourg, the same happened :
one moment he disapeared, and then was quite near on the steps not far away.
He returned to stage, crossing the public in front.
This was great for my first one !!!!

Yes, I remember seeing that in Birmingham.
I can remember Peter appearing somewhere in the theatre and making his way back on stage.
I also remember he did Lamb Lies Down as an encore!! Brilliant stuff.
