I had an idea yesterday, whilst i was cooking.
Because i just so happened to create a new dish accidentally.
After boiling some rice, i spooned it out from the saucepan and layered it in a large rice ring around the edge of a plate, then after taking the pie id just heated up out of the oven, i placed the pie in the center of the rice ring and then poured some thick gravy over the top of the pie.
The four corners of the pie were visible and the rest of the pie was covered up by the gravy.
It was a vegetable pie, but, because of the way that i had accidentally presented it on the plate, i decided to call it "Vegetable Suprise Pie".
I just thought that this would be a fun little thread to create some more ideas for different suprise pies.
What would your ideal "Suprise Pie" be?
