I ain't never not seen this post before so I guess that the new forums are good for something instead not being no good for nuthin. I tend to be anal about people talking without no good grammar and spelling words all rong bothers me sometimes when I'm not in no mood to deal with it, but for the most part, I can understand why words ain't always spelled good or even when the grammar aint so good, but it could be worser -- it could be public figures using words that dont not never exist -- like, "irregardless" -- now that's a word that sends me through the roof, "irregardless" of who says it! "supposably" aint no word neither! Really, look it up! The word is "supposedly". No matter what we say or how we say it, when we're writing quick messages or posts, I think it's gonna happen. One word that is really quite frequently mis-spelled is "Your" when it's meant to be "you're" -- happens a lot. So, irregardless of what your writing here, supposably noone of any importance (Peter Gabriel) is reading it anyway, so I guess it's okay for us to not write any gooder than we talk

Funny that I found this today. Funny, because there is something that has been bugging me recently that I haven't mentioned anywhere because I don't ever want it to seem as if I'm nit picking, yet quite honestly, every single time I read it, it sends chills up and down my spine -- one of those weird things that just irks me. Yet, I would never, ever ask about it because I know I'll take a lotta shit about it. So, this thread is sorta, kinda, a good place for me to write this. There is a lunatic here who is a frequent poster, very frequent. The first time I read this, I just took it as a typo/quick typing, not spell-checked so I saw it, it irritated me a little bit, but it was okay because I thought it was a once and done deal. As it turns out, any single time that I read this particular poster, and the word is used, it's written the same way, so I'm thinking that it's intentional (or just a mis-spelling of the phrase) Anyway, the word is being written as "common" and being used in sentences where the words would be "Come on" or abbreviated to "C'mon" -- so you can see how "common" might get mistakenly typed there. However, please forgive me, but it's really, really irritating to me -- and I don't know why, but it is. Now, I have recently started using typed phrases such as "sorta" "kinda" "helluva" and I don't necessarily like doing that, but it is much quicker. Perhaps the person really does just mean "Common" but it wouldn't make sense in the sentences that it's appearing. Anyway, that's all I wanted to say -- irregardless of how unimportant it all is

So there you have it, dear forum staff: Remember the impotence of proof reading everything you type!
