Just wanted to say: I do want to hear about the Elders, as this is one of the exciting new (to Western society) things going on on our planet. Being were we are, here is a quote from a fascinating book: "In every human community, in every place and time, questions arise that are so big that no single elder (and not assembly of mere adults) can hope to answer them. With such decisive concerns, there is substitute for the Council of Elders. These matters require too much scope and depth to be left to adult leaders, or even worse - as we do in Western and Westernized society - to adolescent kingpins and warlords. The Council of Elders must assure that the ventures of human society benefit the greater Earth community. Never before has the guidance of true elders been more urgently needed. The achievement of the Great Turning largely depends on their wisdom and leadership. If and when Western society matures, a true Council of Elders will supersede what we know call the United Nation."
