A trail of poets Alsace
The second trail poets Alsatian was inaugurated yesterday morning Blienschwiller, small wine village of Barr Township, on the wine route. The first was opened in Munster two years ago.
Twenty-seven poems in Alsace (Katz, Vigee, Siffer etc.), Three in German (including Kastler) stakes a circuit of more than 3 km wide is lost in the beautiful surrounding vineyards. All adopt the same spelling and are translated into French. This initiative of the Academy for a spelling Alsatian (Agate) Edgar Zeidler aims to "revive our language by bringing it to the people.
A trail of three countries is under development, with poems Alemannic Swiss, Baden and Alsace, to abolish borders. The circuits would be in town this time in Basel, Weil-am-Rhein and Huningue. Opening expected in 2012.
