About Obesity, I have lost a lot of extra-stomach by not eating for one month - the body used the extra-fat acumulated as reserve of energy by the body to energize the body activity (well; I remember consuming practically only Tobacco & Coffe and being seriously dedicated to the publishing of a Green or Eco Book). about obesity read the incredible adventure of Tomatis in his book "ear is life" in real health danger, deciding to fast over a long period of time that finaly saved him. Most of the time I use to think that fasting period in most religions were certainly more than punishment ! but real health behaviour. :-] two sentences to began to change the world: "it's not what you got that matters, it's what you do with it" and "what you haven't, find it within yourself"
