Pain and sorrow all over the world and in our neighbourhood are unavoidable facts growing more and more into relentless conditions. The groaning of mother earth has already begun to drown the noise of mankind. The true artist is able to realise the sign of the times and in his moments of silence he understands that we have no more time for senseless art of made for fun. Artists of all genres should lay themselves open to the suffering of the world instead of averting their view and trying to distract the public. , There is no way out of our painful existence but one only chance to relieve us: To share the suffering. The strongest one of all emotions is the sharing of joy .and pain Aren´t there are so many ways to show what is going on day by day and shouldn´t it be the challenge for a group of musicians to create a music which tells about our disastrous fate? Where are the artists who could feed the needs of humanity? Where is the music which could tell us the story of the nightmare we live in and give us the dream about an exit? Do we still have enough time to wait? Who could start to work on such a music? Obama once said:Yes We Can! Bono once said: Yes We Must! Who sais Yes We Will?

I don't understand: why much sadness? I dont' agree, because I dont' think that an artist must necessary make us reflect on the sadness and the problems of the world. "An Artist": I listen to him just because he is himself,he does not must always prove me who knows what!! For example: if we look at the African culture, Art and Musicians are never sad, they bring with them a lot of serenity, and the Music and rhythm is a way of expressing the joy of living! This does not mean to be "cynical",but open your heart and your soul to the Music, the Dance, the Art,the Rhythm, everything that make you understand that life is so beautiful! In my opinion,we have much to learn from the African culture

Yes, and there is so much painful suffering in Africa, from which the whole world would avert their view if there were not have been artists like Peter who showed us how learn just from this fact.

Yes,absolutely right! I agree! Peter has also always continued his personal artistic development,i try to say that we do not forget that an Artist (like Peter but not only. . .) remain Artist,so his natural predisposition to the Music is important! I think a young artist of today does not must take too much responsability of the problems of the world, because,in my opinion,it is nice that he/she bring forward his/her ides and trying to establihs himself to be Artist.

We think you could be right, if one fact was give: Time. We don´t think, that we have enough of it. Mankind needs the dream of a better world and music could be a way to show, to transpose the hell we live in to the public. Michael Jackson tried it in some videos, but the public didn´t look at the pictures of the suffering children but at him. It is the problem of diffidence of a popstar. His popularity darkens the message he wants to tell. Even rebel Bono is just a part of his show. Modesty and honesty are precondititions for the sense of responsibility of a musician who wants to send a message.

Yes,I agree: modesty, honesty and i add coherence. About Michael Jackson,I think that his talent was so incredible that, sometimes, "obscure" the messages that he wanted to send. At the same time I think many people have listened to his messages. (I think this with Peter too!) John Lennon said that "If you want to make a world a better place, you first act on yourself". Michael Jackson loved to sing "Man in the Mirror",he said "You have to look at yourself and think of change,if you want to live in a better world. We must start with ourselves,we must begin by the man in the mirror. I would like to say that these big international Star (Peter Gabriel too)have left us a very important message, but very simple. The semplicity to be human in this Planet Earth,no matter if you are a Star,or try to be artist,or an ordinary person, you can do always something,if you want it. . . .
