I'm not a lyricist, if I become a lyricist you must shoot me it will be a kindness because one thing the world needs less of, are lyricists. I actually sent Real World my then current anthology in a big plastic folder, in 1995 or there abouts. They were rubbish poems, and I was weird. Kindly, they actually sent it back! thankyou for that! Assuming I am writing beter stuff now than I was then, and am up for a bit of mischief with my work. what's the protocol for getting regarded professionally as a poet, by Real World? do you do the poetry thing? Isn't it lovely when you get old enough, and things not going perfectly won't bother us so much. I don't mind shouting into an empty theatre. I actually broke into a theatre once, and stole their beer. That's the kind of theatre I like- the kind of theatre where you can break in and steal their beer.
