Some folks have a hard time understanding what I believe. So let me try to tell you. I believe we should get all our understanding of the Gospel from Paul. First Corinthians 4 says that we should regard Paul as the one who was entrusted with the mysteries of God. So I do that.
Ever since I started to believe what Jesus gave to Paul, the Bible made sense to me. I know that the whole Bible is the Word of God, but we are not under the whole Bible. The Ten Commandments have faded away, 2 Corinthian 3. Now we are given life by faith without works, Romans, the entire book. Paul brought God?s word to light, Titus1 3. This was done at the right time.
All over the world the Gospel is being hidden by those who profess God. This is why so many have fallen away. But I want to share the Good News. The Good News is that Jesus is the Savior, and all we must do is believe in His work on the cross and resurrection. I do not add to or take away from this news. This will always hurt the ones we are trying to reach.
I believe that theology is an atrocity. It distracts from Jesus and blinds people to the truth. If you want to understand my beliefs, just read Paul. But that doesn?t mean you will understand. I?ve read Paul for years without understanding. But if any man turns to the Lord, the veil is taken off.
This is how to turn to the Lord. Give up the law of Moses, and trust in what Jesus has done. If you try to understand Paul as a legalist you will fail. But if you read Paul knowing that the law is abolished and all you must do is trust in the cross, you will get it. And you shall know the truth, and the truth will set you free!!
