The Second charge was originally for tresspass at time of my arrest on federal property, after my release it was changed to Preservation of Property. I was detained and my personal posessions were gone thru without a witness present and there were items mixed and stored and sorted on the same table and items dropped on the floor while the senior inspecting officer mumbled words to me that there was another officer present during inspection. I did not have a lawyer present. I believe this is due to the fact that I have been a vocal protestor to the Iraq war, and the Present Administration due to exit the White House in 2009.
