I've been a huge fan of Gabriel for over 20 years now. But this. THIS is my first entry in these forums. Sad. I know. I'm a laaaazy son of a gun. None the less, the world needs POV on disc. DVD AND Blu-Ray. Please, please, please! So many artists are getting their stuff out, some of them have no clue what the word artist means. (vains-pumping-on-forehead). Gabriel is one of the worlds finest and his fantastic work and performances of the 80's shouldn't be missing on a nice DVD/Blu-Ray for everyone to see.

Like Stefano, i think it's time for a box set full of unreleased stuff. Peter, we want POV in DVD, "Son Of Ovo" and your early demos from your 1st album with Anthony Phillips!

Peter, get POV buffed up and published on DVD (and blu-ray if the quality is up to it). Now you have all those shiny new facilities at Real World, what's so hard? - it's a great movie - but while my VHS-hone-burned-to-DVD is ok, it doesn't really do the music and visuals justice. so, POV please. Having said that, don't let it delay a new album of original material asap, quick on the heels of New Blood and Live at Hammy 3D. Priorities, eh?!

All good points One of US, I like the idea of PG dusting POV clean! I don't know how many times I've posted on here but yes let's have POV on DVD, or even as a permanent video on the forum where we can watch it to our heart's content. Would that work? Come on PG you know it makes sense :-]

No problem with the material One of US, its all film. But i don't think it will be released on Blu-ray, as much i would hope for it. Just a bit unnecessary, unless they go for a total revamp and Widescreen presentation.

With a little chance, POV will appear on the So anniversary special edition before the end of the year.

POV digital please (DVD, Blueray)! I know some of the audio syncing is off but I don't think that matters. It's a brilliant concert and I can't wait to throw a party when it is finally released.

We did it! Or rather Peter is doing it... A remastered, fresh transfer of the Scorsese produced film.... It seems he'll exclude some of the SD material, its unclear at the moment. But its really happening, and i'm over the friggin moon, as you know by my constant nagging. The only thing that would top this news was a Blu Ray transfer... which is totally doable, but perhaps not in Peters interest. Still, EVERYONE IS DOING IT... Why shouldn't he.

Yay, soooo happy PG is finally doing something with Athens. Can't wait for a cleaned up FULL concert. Just hope they also release the original POV cut as a bonus extra. Well, we can dream cant we?!
