I would love to own POV on DVD. It is obviously a very popular fan item, although I can never my hands on a copy myself. It would be fantastic to have an official release.

Hi Guys - there a few copies of POV, CV and a specail DVd of ALL his videos (1977 to 2003) on sale on DVD at Ebay.com.These are Asian versions not released in the West. All are mixed in 5.1 and are direct transfers from the brilliant Laserdiscs.Outstanding quality, great packaging and dynamic sound!Best of all are the DVD sets featuring ALL the footage gathered from his Genesis days (1970 - 1975 are covered) - all costimes are present and its really great to see - quality brilliant!Good Luck!

When I first heard the 5.1 sound on the Secret World DVD, in particular 'San Jacinto', I practically fell over backwards. For the first time I saw and heard something out of a 'can' coming alive of what makes me scramble to be at the next PG gig.Furthermore, this is also the first time I could show someone else what I am talking about, who hadn't ever seen a PG concert - so nice to let PG speak for himself. So count me in on this petition. Every tour I've seen had its particular highlights, never to be repeated. Not only the band has changed over the years, life goes on and many things change. Some for the better (like sound) some were simply at their best many years ago (like 'Lay Your Hands on Me', right?). To have a DVD with a fabulous 5.1 surround sound mix to go with the POV images (just think of it: 'Games' or 'No Self Control' live in 5.1!) would be a real gift. I wish there was equal opportunity for the 1986/7 tour - 'San Jacinto' and 'Rhythm of the Heat' still come to mind as having been mindblowingly spectacular performances, not just visually! Perhaps someone who really cares could do a re-mixing job - I do understand that this is kinda too boring for PG. I think that this kind of material deserves the very best and most careful treatment - it's pure gold and always will be. To only concentrate on the latest stuff is like saying 'Dark Side of the Moon' is boring or less important than, say their most recent compilation of 'Dance Tracks', because Pink Floyd happened to record it in 1972. All right, this is wildly exaggerated (and yes, I do like UP), but you know what I mean.

I'm buying 3. In some ways, this might be my favorite PG Video. But, having just seen the Growing Up DVD last Friday, it is great as well...as is Secret World....as is......you get the idea....Michael
