Thanks for posting, first time I've ever seen this.
I enjoyed it but I thought it would have been a bit more intimate based on the title, still it was good.

Hey MAK! Thanks for posting. I haven't seen this before either. It was interesting, though shorter than I expected it to be.
Watching that one fan-guy talking to Melanie, I thought if I met her or Peter I wouldn't say anything. . . Melanie seems to feel uncomfortable about it herself. Oh my. (Sorry to the guy, if you read this!)

At 4:20 in part 3, Peter starts talking about someone yelling out "I love you Melanie" at the show that night.
That was me.
It was the Minneapolis show and at the end of Mercy Street (I think) he introduced the band. He said Melanie's name and when the crowd applause began to die down I apparently felt it was time to express my feelings in shouted words.
He did actually respond and say, "Shhh. her father's listening.", which I thought was cool enough. But then this little bit showed up in the DVD and. well, it's pretty neat to have my own little insignificant moment referenced in the movie.

Is this DVD not widely available any more? I notice you can't buy it from the Realworld store, and I finally managed to get myself a copy off ebay last week but I had to get Region 1, even though I'm in the UK (and Peter is a UK artist!)

Hi First Mate Starbuck
Funnily enough i have just purchased this in Region 2 format off Play.com here in the UK.
It is 'used' but that's the only way you can seem to get it!
I did notice though that they had it 'new' in Region 1 format for around £11

Just spent a happy 40mins watching this DVD. Especially love the Newport Festival extra with Peter at piano, would love to see those songs in full. Also his daughter anxiously wiaiting to do her bit, saying aside to the camera 'he won't shut up, what am I supposed to do?' :-]
