Okay, nobody is biting. This was a video response to George Orwell's book. It was groundbreaking as Peter (and Laurie) helped define the music video. I believe this was the first that computer generated animation was used (e.g., Laurie and PG's shadows). How much of a role did PG have in pushing technology through his performances?
Until PG, I had never seen anybody use a wireless microphone unless maybe by a pilot or somebody trying to sell sham-wow towels (e.g., very low quality audio, but good enough to free up hands). Seeing him perform back in the day, the audio quality of his microphones were excellent. The robotic-like lights he used for So (see PoV and Spectrum) was unique.
Heck, Peter may have be the first performer to "stage dive." The crowd parted seeing him leap from the stage and PG fell breaking his leg. His use of dance/movement choreography starting with Plays Live era was stunning. I am amazed at how talented he is in so many areas.

This clip is simply cool - also the "mix" we get to hear.
I like Peter`s special "dance/movement choreography" - especially on his performances for "Shock The Monkey", "Sledgehammer", "Big Time" and "San Jacinto" and also "I Have The Touch"(". . .Shake Those Hands:-]") and many more - and "Mercy Street !!!". . .
The robotic-like lights work good on his "No Self Control"-performance ("POV/Live 1987") - a good alternative to this performance are the images used on the screens for the tour in South America/Mexico ( the first clip I saw from this tour from Caracas/Venezuela).
A wireless microphone would have been a good idea for Peter`s performances back in the days with Genesis - think of the "Slipperman"-costume or actually all of his costumes and masks.
It is good to listen to such an artist with so many talents.
I forgot to mention the live-performance and moves of the band on "This is the Picture". . ."Jump up - and I can land on my feet - look out !" (Spectrum Live 1987).

Hey thanks Mozo, I had seen this video before but in very low quality and not in full length. So thanks for this one!
As for the wireless mic, I've heard Kate Bush was the first one to use one. She needed one because of all the wild dancing and singing she did on her one and only tour, so they built her a proto-type wireless out of a coat-hanger. LOL. At least that's what I've heard.

improved audio:
the last when was best quality video, but the sound was way too low. hopefully, the required equalization/normalization meets with approval.
